Realizing the power of change with MLM.
I was reading an article today,
"7.9 million jobs lost, many forever

as sad as it is that our great nation may never return to it's former wealth and glory. It also really gave me a glimmer of hope that we as network marketers can be the saving grace to those who may never get their former employment back. It is this power that we have to embrace in order to really move forward. Now more than ever, we should be out talking to people & presenting our opportunities because more people than ever before are looking for a way out. People NEED to be shown the power of people helping people.
"As many as half the people who lost their jobs will have to find something else to do," said Silvia.
That statement should be our rally cry. If 3.95 million workers will have a NEED to do something different, then we should be busier than ever in our recruitment. Where else but MLM opportunities can a person be a business owner with very little start up? Where else can they be trained to succeed in their new career with very little cost. Most people who are forced out of work will have an immediate need to find a new career. They simply cannot wait to be retrained in college programs with the hope of gaining employment in 2-4 years.
"The unemployment rate is currently 9.5%. A return to the 4.4% rate it was the summer before the recession started in 2007 is out of reach."
We as network marketers have an obligation to educate those people who may not know that there is another way, For life on unemployment isn't really a life at all. I for one cannot just sit around & watch as people grow more more despondent about the situation. We have solutions that nearly all people can prosper from with the right motivation. I do believe that we are moving into a new era where people will see the power and freedom that can only come from creating your wealth without employment restrictions and begin to NEED us as educators and motivators.

Join the Confidence Card Campaign
How many times have you stopped to give someone a compliment? How many times have you expressed you gratitude for another? What have you done today to build up your fellow man/woman?
If you're like most people, it's probably not often enough or maybe not at all.
When was the last time you recall getting a compliment or having someone speak your praises? If you had to think about it then it's been too long. This got me to thinking about why don't we share enthusiasm with each other. Why do people find it so hard to give & receive positive expression so freely.
It occured to me that the answer was because mostly we follow by example. If we don't receive regular uplifting messages from others, then rare is the person who can pass them on. This got me thinking about how the cycle of non or negative messages could be broken. Sure we have affirmations on Facebook that we all send around to each other, but I thought there has to be something more tangible we/I can do.
Then of course I realized that the answer was in getting & holding onto a real postive, inspirational message. The perfect venue was the greeting card. I have been using it with friends & family, but why stop there. I felt compelled to bring the message of encouragement to others. Words are very powerful & can change lives. You never know when a certain phrase may strike just the right emotion in someone to initiate a change & save a life.
This is why I have created a Confidence Cards campaign. It is my goal to see that masses of people in all situations feel a little more enpowered from words of encouragement. I do not feel you have to know someone personally to make an impact. You do not even need to know all the intricacies of their circumstance. All you need is compassion in our hearts for other human beings.
I have created 15 different beautiful messages of hope & inspiration in cards that you can send to someone or yourself. To join my campaign is easy. You simply click on the "pay now" button below & they/you will be sent a card in the mail every 3 days. Imagine the power of getting a postive message in the mail for over a month. How much good could that cause for yourself or someone you love?
